Newmiller Dam is so underrated as a location for a family shoot. Mainly because it’s just around the corner from where I live, but also it really is beautiful. So when Charlie and Conor wanted to get some shots of their little monkey and the one currently baking, it was a perfect choice. Usually November is a bit of a risky time for an outdoor shoot (I normally have a solid backup plan!) but we had a glorious afternoon and some light to die for!

Because I’m terrible at blogging, Charlie has already given birth to a lovely healthy baby, and is currently wondering what sleep feels like!
